교환 및 환불
1. 수령 후 메일(shop@regular.kr) 또는 유선 전화(02-716-5618)를 통하여 교환 및 환불 접수 바랍니다. 사전 접수 없이 제품을 보낼 경우, 처리가 늦어지거나 재반송될 수 있습니다.
2. 교환 및 환불 제품은 배송 완료일로부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내로 본사 수령이 완료되어야 합니다.
3. 교환 및 환불 시 더스트 백, 박스 등 구성품이 포함되어야 합니다.
4. 교환 및 환불 시 구매자가 반품 배송비(3,000원)를 부담하며, 무료 배송 주문인 경우 왕복 배송비(6,000원)를 부담합니다.
5. 사용감, 섬유 유연제 또는 향수 냄새, 오염 등으로 재판매가 불가할 정도의 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우에는 교환 및 환불이 불가하며, 별도 안내 없이 반송될 수 있습니다.
6. 제품에 이상이 없을 시, 결제 방식과 동일한 방법으로 환불 처리됩니다.

1. The orders are shipped from Seoul through UPS Logistics and take up to two weeks of business days.
2. The shipping costs will be determined depending on the delivery country.
Exchange & Return
1. If you would like to exchange or return, please contact us by email (shop@regular.kr).
2. In the case of a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If there is a problem with the product itself, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
3. Exchanges or refunds can be made only if the product has no signs of use.

The 2016 collection presents the first REGULAR SPORT product line.
REGULAR SPORT focuses on the broad sense of SPORT itself like as activities, attitude, and culture. We designed it by imagining to active and flexible people who will use our products.
This series was released for backpack, crossbag, and hipsack, and all three products have mutual feature of having two separated spaces.
For the first series, we chose waxed cotton, which becomes softer and vintage as it is used.
